Limits take effect immediately when set or reduced. If you choose to increase a limit, a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period applies before the higher limit comes into force — this delay exists specifically to protect players from impulsive decisions made during a losing streak or emotional state.

During a time-out, your Account is suspended from all gambling activity. You will not be able to deposit, bet, or access any games. Any active promotional offers will be paused and reinstated (where still valid) when your time-out ends. You can still log in to request a withdrawal of your remaining Balance during a time-out.

Time-outs activate instantly upon request. To set a time-out, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming, or contact support. A time-out cannot be cancelled early — this is intentional, to ensure the break serves its purpose.

Self-exclusion is a longer-term measure for players who feel that gambling has become — or is at serious risk of becoming — a harmful pattern in their lives. When you self-exclude from tot80, your Account is permanently suspended for the duration of the exclusion period and you will be blocked from registering a new Account.

• Permanent (Lifetime) — cannot be reversed under any circumstances

During a self-exclusion:

• All gambling access is blocked immediately — deposits, bets, and game access are suspended.

• Any remaining real-money Balance in your Account at the time of exclusion will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

Reality Check notifications cannot be dismissed without acknowledging them — you must either confirm you wish to continue or choose to end your session.
